Brand North serves behavioral-health providers, so much of our work runs adjacent to protected health information (PHI). Where we act as a business associate, we operate under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and build tracking that is server-side and configured to keep PHI out of third-party advertising and analytics tools.
Our formal HIPAA compliance statement and standard BAA terms are being finalized with counsel. If you are a current or prospective client and need our BAA for review, contact us and we’ll provide the current version.
This page is a summary of intent, not a substitute for the executed BAA, which governs the specific obligations between Brand North and each client.
