Brand North works with personal information in two ways: information visitors share with us directly (for example, when you book a call or submit a form), and limited technical data collected automatically as you use the site. We use it to respond to inquiries, deliver and improve our services, and measure marketing performance.
On behalf of our behavioral-health clients we may help operate systems that touch protected health information (PHI). That handling is governed by HIPAA and the Business Associate Agreement we sign with each client — see our HIPAA notice.
We do not sell personal information. The complete policy — covering data categories, retention, your rights, cookies, and third-party processors — is being finalized and will appear here in full.
